The lead generation platform and operating system for lead generators
Run your whole lead operation (intake, verification, matching, routing, white-label, dashboards and payouts) from one platform, under your own brand. You are the operator; OXIAE is the infrastructure you license instead of build yourself.
Setting up a lead operation normally means building a platform yourself. Intake forms, verification, a matching engine, routing rules, publisher payouts, dashboards, an audit trail: loose pieces you stitch together by hand and have to maintain for years. That takes an engineering team, and it keeps you away from what you're actually good at: generating and selling leads.
OXIAE is that platform, ready-made. You license the operating system and run your own lead operation on it, under your own brand, on your own domains, with your own buyers and publishers. Every request travels the same route: from intake, through verification, matching and routing, to audit trail and payout. At every point the platform records what happens, so that provenance and consent aren't loose promises but auditable facts. Below you'll find the modules you get and how the chain works.

The chain you'll be running
One clear, auditable route from arrival to payout, every step with provenance, consent and logging, all under your control.
Intake
A request can arrive in many ways: via a form on one of your landing pages, via a direct API call, via a connected publisher or via an autonomous AI agent. The platform normalizes all of those channels into a single structured data format, so that every request, regardless of source, is processed and assessed in exactly the same way.
On arrival, the platform immediately records the technical context: the source channel, the campaign or label, the timestamp and the raw payload as it was delivered. That first record is the foundation of the audit trail and can no longer be overwritten afterwards, only supplemented. Everything runs under your brand and on your domains.
Verification & consent
Before a request moves further down the chain, consent is recorded and timestamped. The platform stores which consent text the requester was shown, at what moment it was given and from which channel, accompanied by an immutable timestamp. That way consent is not a checkbox after the fact, but a demonstrable fact attached to the request.
In the same step, the platform checks quality and provenance: are the required fields present and plausible, is the format of phone and email correct, and is the source traceable? Requests that do not pass are flagged or held back, so that your buyers only receive requests that have cleared verification.
Matching
Verified requests are then matched in a privacy-safe way to the most suitable buyer. The matching uses signals such as the nature of the request, the region or postal code, the intent and the current capacity and preferences of buyers. Personal data is not shared more broadly than necessary: matching happens on the basis of derived characteristics, not by sending the full request around.
Because matching runs on rules and signals instead of manual work, the outcome stays consistent and reproducible. Every match decision is logged with the criteria that applied, so afterwards you can verify why a request ended up with a particular buyer.
Routing
After the match, routing determines where the request actually goes. Routing rules work on the basis of priority, quality thresholds, daily caps, exclusivity and region: you define which buyer may receive which requests and under what conditions. If a buyer is declined or has hit its limit, the request automatically falls back to the next in line.
Routing stays entirely in your own hands: you set the rules yourself and adjust them in real time without interrupting the chain. The handover to the buyer happens in a structured way via API or CRM integration, together with the associated provenance and consent data, so the recipient immediately knows what they have in hand.
Audit trail & reporting
Every step a request goes through (intake, verification, match, routing, acceptance and payout) is recorded in a continuous audit trail. That log is append-only: events are added, never erased or rewritten. As a result, at any moment you can reconstruct what happened to a request, when and by whom.
On top of that log run the dashboards: volume, quality, acceptance rate and payout at a glance, plus exportable overviews for your own records or a regulator. Transparency is not a separate report you assemble afterwards, but a direct consequence of how the platform records the data.
Payouts & disputes
As soon as a buyer accepts a request, that forms the basis for settlement. The platform tracks per request which fee applies, who delivers and who receives, and on that basis assembles clear, verifiable payouts. Your publishers see exactly which requests count and why.
Not every request is flawless, which is why dispute handling is built in. A buyer can dispute a request within the agreed conditions; that dispute is linked to the original audit trail, assessed on the basis of the recorded facts and settled neatly. No back-and-forth, but a decision based on what demonstrably happened.
How one request travels through your platform
Say someone is looking for help after being let go and fills in a form one evening on one of your landing pages about employment law. Here's what the route of that one request looks like on the platform you run.
- 1
Intake. The form is submitted at 9:14pm. The platform immediately records: the channel (your employment-law landing page), the campaign, the raw data and the exact timestamp. The request gets its own reference that everything is attached to from now on.
- 2
Verification & consent. The consent text shown is stored with a timestamp, the phone number and email address are checked for format and the source is verified. The request is valid and may proceed.
- 3
Matching. Based on the practice area (employment law), the region and the intent, the platform selects the best-fitting buyer from your network: a firm that handles these cases and still has capacity. The match criteria are logged.
- 4
Routing. Your routing rules confirm this firm may receive the request exclusively and hasn't hit its daily cap. The request is handed over with provenance and consent via the CRM integration.
- 5
Audit trail & payout. Every step sits immutably in the log. If the firm accepts the request, that forms the basis for the payout to your publisher. If the firm disputes the case, dispute handling decides on the basis of those same recorded facts.
This sounds simple for one request, but the difference is in the scale. OXIAE was developed and proven in the practice of a lead operation that processes and routes roughly 15,000 requests a year in exactly this way, each with demonstrable provenance and consent. That same approach is now a white-label platform you run under your own brand.
Why license OXIAE instead of building a platform yourself or trading leads by hand? The difference isn't in a single feature: it's in the starting point. Building it yourself costs months of engineering and years of maintenance; trading by hand is optimized for speed, where provenance and consent only become a problem once someone asks about them. OXIAE flips that order: a complete, auditable operating system is the foundation, and you put it to work immediately under your own brand.

View AI Agent NetworkFrequently asked questions about the platform
The questions we hear most often about running OXIAE as your own operating system.
Do I run it under my own brand?
Yes. OXIAE is fully white-label and multi-tenant. You run the whole operation under your own brand, on your own domains, with labels and tenants you manage yourself. Your publishers and buyers see your brand, not OXIAE’s.
Do I need to replace my existing forms and CRM?
No. OXIAE connects to what you already have. You link your forms, landing pages or API to the intake and your existing CRM to the routing. The platform doesn’t replace tools, it connects them into one auditable chain.
How exactly is consent recorded?
For every request, the platform stores which consent text the requester was shown, at what moment it was given and from which channel, accompanied by an immutable timestamp. That consent is attached to the request and demonstrable later, not a loose checkbox after the fact.
What is an audit trail and why is it append-only?
The audit trail is a continuous log of everything that happens to a request: intake, verification, match, routing, acceptance and payout. Append-only means events are only added and never overwritten or erased. As a result, it is always possible to reconstruct afterwards what happened, when and by whom.
How do I keep control over which buyer gets which requests?
Via routing rules that you set yourself and adjust in real time. You work with priority, quality thresholds, daily caps, exclusivity and region. If a buyer is declined or has hit its limit, the request automatically falls back to the next in line.
Does OXIAE work with AI agents too?
Yes. Through the AI Agent Network, an agent delivers or receives requests via the same flow as people and publishers, with the same verification, consent and logging: there is no separate, less strict route. You also connect everything to your own systems via APIs and webhooks.
How does a dispute work?
A buyer can dispute a request within the agreed conditions. That dispute is linked to the original audit trail and assessed on the basis of the recorded facts: provenance, consent and the steps taken. The settlement rests on what demonstrably happened, not on back-and-forth.
How quickly can I go live?
That depends on your channels and integrations, but most operations go live in a few clear steps: demo, set up intake, configure routing rules and go live. You don’t have to overhaul your existing approach all at once, and you build nothing yourself.
