What does the application process look like?
Short and personal. After your open application there is usually a first introductory conversation in which we both explore whether there is a click. After that we look together at a substantive next step, for example a conversation about a concrete problem or a small assignment that matches what you would be doing. No endless rounds: we keep it direct and concrete.
Do you work remote or hybrid?
We are remote-friendly and steer on output, not on attendance. You work where you do your best, with clear agreements on availability and collaboration. Occasionally meeting up on location or aligning online is part of it, but you do not have to be in the office every day to contribute.
There's no matching vacancy. Does an open application make sense?
